At Work Authority, we stand behind the quality of our workwear and safety gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
